About this vintage design furniture
This cabinet has been designed and manufactured by Bernhard Pedersen and Søn in Denmark in the 1960s. It shows good quality manufacturing and materials. There is a logo by the manufacturer in the back. The higher sideboard has 2 tambour doors. Inside there are 5 shelves and 2 drawers. The top drawer has been restored. It shows a bit, but the drawer is functional. This cabinet is made of teak and is in very good condition due to the renown Møbelfabrik workshop with over 35 years of experience with wood treatments.

About the designer
Aage PEDERSEN
Aage Pedersen was a Danish designer born in 1906 and died in 1983. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before beginning his career as an industrial designer in the 1930s. He worked for several Danish companies, including the Danish furniture company Fritz Hansen, where he designed many popular pieces of furniture in the 1950s and 1960s.
