About this vintage design furniture
Single entry wall unit by Preben Sorensen manufactured in Randers, Denmark in the 60s can perfectly fit any entry hall or hallway or bedroom. The set is veneered in beautiful grain Rio Palisander and hangs on solid wood rails by brass hardware.
The unit consists of:
- one console with two drawers; H: 28/W: 80/D: 28 cm drawers height: 10 cm
- one shelf 25 cm deep
- two wooden rails 100 cm long
- brass hardware
The wall unit has been checked by our team. We have made sure that all drawers and doors work properly. We we have cleaned the wood meticulously, and the original varnish was refreshed with professional compounds. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm its originality. Our goal is to restore the furniture to its best condition, considering its age of 60 years.
Overall, fantastic vintage condition with minor signs of age and use.

About the designer
Henning SORENSEN
Henning Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his elegant, modern furniture. Born in 1926, Sorensen began his career as an apprentice in a Copenhagen carpentry workshop. He went on to work for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture.
