About this vintage design furniture

Pair of reupholstered vintage Mid-century ottomans by Warren Platner for Knoll In 1966, Warren Platner designed his now iconic collection of pieces of furniture for Knoll that have become the embodiment of timeless mid-century modern design pieces. The ottomans have orignally been designed to complement the Easy chair but can also be used as independent and more casual seating option. Each ottoman features Platner's signature of a base composed of curved steel rods meticulously welded together, forming an intricate and eye-catching lattice pattern simultaneously serving as structure and ornament. Both of the ottomans have been entirely reupholstered in a a white bouclé fabric including the shells. Beyond their undeniable aesthetic appeal, these Warren Platner ottomans boast exceptional quality and durability. Their iconic design, recognized and celebrated by enthusiasts and collectors worldwide, is a testament to their enduring value. Reference : 289120
