About this vintage design furniture
This large vintage sculptural Italian coat rack or hat stand was manufactured by Giocattoli Galetti in Milan during the 1950s. It features the traditional Italian Pinocchio figure head in hand-painted beechwood and multicolored lacquered wooden balls as coat hooks. The red collar is made from bent metal. Its minimalist tubular steel frame is held by a sturdy round cast iron base.
