About this vintage design furniture

Minimalist ‘B40’ sideboard by Swiss architect Dieter Waeckerlin for Behr Möbel, Germany 1958. This sideboard is made out of teak and has a black lacquered steel frame. The inside is finished with maple wood removable trays and a bottle holder. Restored with love. Labeled. Reference : 285502

About the designer

Dieter WAECKERLIN

1930 - 2013

Dieter Waeckerlin was a German designer born in Nagold on December 23, 1926 and died in Zurich on May 11, 1972. He studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Stuttgart, where he worked under the renowned German designer Hans Gugelot.
