About this vintage design furniture
post modern armchair designed by Pierre Mazairac and Karel Boonzaaijer for Young International (part of the Gelderland Group), 1983 The Netherlands. Comfortable leather armchair (leather seat is removable with a zipper) standing on a frame of black enamelled steel wire. The legs have characteristic spherical plastic feet. Good to very good vintage condition. Light signs of wear on the spherical legs and feet. Leather is cool and supple.

About the designer
Pierre MAZAIRAC & Karel BOOZAAIJER
Mazairac & Boonzaaijer is a Dutch design duo consisting of Linda Mazairac and Renéé Boonzaaijer. They both studied at the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts in the Netherlands.
