About this vintage design furniture
Pair of armchairs from the 60's from the designer and editor André Sornay. Structure in solid varnished beech. Functional and minimalist design. Patented tigettes assembly system. Cushions and backrest in a new cotton fabric "blue work". Very good vintage condition. Stamped with the Sornay sticker on one back. Dimensions in cm : H73 x W62 x D65 Seat height : 40

About the designer
André SORNAY
1902 - 2000André Sornay was a French designer and cabinetmaker who was born in Lyon in 1902 and died in 2000. He is considered one of the great names of 20th-century French industrial design.
