This "14104" or "Moonlight" floor lamp was designed by designer Ettore Sottsass for the Italian publishing house Arredoluce in 1971.This Italian designer was very influential in the 20th century, challenging design conventions by using bright colors, bold geometric shapes and unexpected materials. His work has influenced many designers around the world and continues to inspire contemporary design trends. This movement was born in the 1960s in response to the space race and is characterized by the use of bold geometric shapes and new materials to create a futuristic utopian aesthetic. It has influenced many fields, from fashion to architecture, and popular culture.The floor lamp is composed of a cubic base in black metal and a body of four columns in white lacquered metal, letting light escape through side openings. It is possible to increase the light intensity thanks to two removable columns, revealing the internal structure.in very good condition, some visible traces.
