About this vintage design furniture
Illuminated wall and make-up mirror from the 50s/60s. Design Ernest Igl for Hillebrand lights.
Rare original living room accessory for 50s design freaks. Hollywood regency style.
4 sockets E27 behind the mirror, which are switched via a cord switch.
Good used condition. Age-related small signs of wear, such as minimal blind spots, oxidation spots on the brass application and a few small scratches. But overall in good condition for its age. The wiring has been renewed.

About the designer
Ernst IGL
Ernst Igl (1904-1997) was a German industrial designer known for his contributions to car and motorcycle design. He began his career as an apprentice in his father's machine-building workshop, before going on to study industrial design at the Munich School of Arts and Crafts.
