Pair of vintage art deco refurbished oakwood night stands, Poland 1930s

A refurbished pair of art deco nightstands from the 1930s. Made of spruce wood veneered with oak with a very interesting grain. They have been renovated. The surface is cleaned of the old varnish, veneer defects are filled and the whole is secured with hard oil. Thanks to this type of coating, cups with hot tea are not terrible for them (white circles do not form like on varnish) or spilled alcohol (hard oil does not dissolve in alcohol like polish).
