About this vintage design furniture
A pair of 1960s Danish lounge chairs by Kai Lyngfeldt Larsen for Søren Willadsen.
In lobster-red leather on a streamlined oak base they make a vibrant mid-century statement.
Similar to Borge Mogensen designs, the quality is typical of the finest Danish furniture of the period.
They have been subtly restored, retaining minor patina to the leather. They are in are in excellent structural condition.

Kai LYNGFELDT LARSEN
Per and Annelise Kai Lyngfeldt Larsen are a Danish design couple famous for their work in the 1950s and 1960s. They founded their own design studio in 1946, which became known as "PAL". Their work was largely influenced by modern Scandinavian design, which emphasized simplicity, functionality and the natural beauty of materials.
