About this vintage design furniture

Icon of the French industrial design of the 50s, the JIELDE brand was founded by Jean-Louis DOMECQ from the initials of his name: JLD.This genius inventor developed the articulation system without electric wires; the contacts are ensured by onduflex washers, which allows an infinity of positions of the lamp. This model is an original workshop lamp mounted on a solid oak base tinted ebony:-Arm tubes and globe in steel, original green paint-Aluminum knobs-Brass drop switch-Solid oak base turned, tinted ebony and waxed. This lamp has been completely dismantled, degreased and re-electrified.
