Minimalist sofa by Dieter Waeckerlin, Swiss architect and designer for Idealheim in the 1960s. Practical conversion system: the seat tilts easily thanks to a balancing system that allows the sofa to be transformed into a resting bed or an extra bed.Black metal structure.This daybed is completely restored. New upholstery. Light blue bouclette fabric from the French publisher Casamance on mattress like upholsterer wooden frame.excellent condition.W: 200 cm.H: 70 cm.D: 80 cm.Depth unfolded 105 cm.

About the designer
Dieter WAECKERLIN
1930 - 2013Dieter Waeckerlin was a German designer born in Nagold on December 23, 1926 and died in Zurich on May 11, 1972. He studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Stuttgart, where he worked under the renowned German designer Hans Gugelot.
