About this vintage design furniture

Two-bay teak wall unit designed by Preben Sorensen made in Denmark in the 1960 s. This entirely modular shelving system is ideal for a home office, as the compact desk will allow you to work even in the living room. Each sections is 80cm wide and can be arranged at ones will. The set consists of 5 shelves 20cm deep 1 display shelf for 35cm deep 1 desk 45cm deep 1 cabinet with sliding doors H: 50cm / W: 80cm/ D: 45cm, height of drawer 9 cm 3 wooden rails 200 cm long brass hardware. Great vintage condition with clean interiors and minor traces of use, all parts with new coats of Danish oil. New pins added. Feel free to check out the rest of our range! About the designer

Henning SORENSEN

Henning Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his elegant, modern furniture. Born in 1926, Sorensen began his career as an apprentice in a Copenhagen carpentry workshop. He went on to work for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture.
