About this vintage design furniture
A rare model lounge chair designed by Pierre Paulin, manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands around 1960.
This eye-catching piece has a beautiful elegant style. The seat is nicely bent in a tulip like shape. The curved details are typical for the designs by Paulin! The seat is newly upholstered in high quality teal coloured fabric. It stands on a chrome plated metal crossbase, the metal nicely bent into shape and finishing the overall appeal of the chair perfectly!
It has the manufacturer’s label underneath the seat, as shown in photos.
This iconic chair remains in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a wonderful vintage patina. The upholstery is new!
