About this vintage design furniture
A two-bay teak wall unit designed by Sven Andersen Møbelfabrikk in Hillevågin, Norway in the 1970s. It is a modular shelving system from which all the pieces can be arranged as desired. A small, comfortable desk will create a discreet space for a home office in the living room. The set is composed of : - a cabinet with glass doors H: 37cm W: 80cm D: 28cm, with 1 adjustable shelf. - a desk H: 14W: 80D: 37cm - five shelves of 28cm diameter - a display shelf for plates, or vinyl H: 20W: 80D: 10cm - three wooden rails of 161cm long eachThe shelves and the cabinet are mounted with hooks at the back in the metal pegs hidden in the wooden rails. Overall, the cabinet is in excellent original condition, with a nice patina and minimal scratches. It has been refinished with additional coats of Danish oil.
