About this vintage design furniture
Mid-century "Trava" labeled pendant light designed by Carl Thore for Granhaga Metallindustri (Sweden, 1970s). This pendant is part of the iconic "Trava" series designed by Carl Thore. Classic Scandinavian design. Original sticker label intact (can be easily removed if necessary). The pendant consists of six metal "discs" with an opaque band in the center. Diffuses light beautifully (see pictures). Cleaned, rewired and ready to use (compatible in all countries: Europe, USA, UK, Asia, etc.) It requires an E27 bulb. Total height (with cable): about 90 cm; height (without cable): 20 cm; diameter: 25 cm. The length of the cable can be adjusted for free on request. Very good vintage condition overall with some scratches and some color loss.

Carl THORE
Carl THORE was a Swedish designer born in 1917 and died in 2007. He is best known for his glass lighting designs, notably for Flygsfors Glasbruk, for whom he worked from 1947 to 1959.
