About this vintage design furniture
Trava lamp from the 1960s, designed by Carl Thore (Sigurd Lindkvist), manufactured by the Swedish company Granhaga Metallindustri. Trava is by far the most popular and widespread design of designer lamps. Trava lamps are characterized by a soft, warm, diffuse and multicolored light. The lamps have been produced in several variations of style, size, color and material.The lamp is in very good condition, almost perfect for its age.Dimensions:diameter: 35cmheight: 20cmThe lamp has been carefully cleaned, it is equipped with a new braided cable about 2 meters long. The cable can be changed to any length and color. In addition, the headliner is attached to the lamp.Please note that the items we sell are pre-owned items, often 40-50 years old, and therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in the photos.

Carl THORE
Carl THORE was a Swedish designer born in 1917 and died in 2007. He is best known for his glass lighting designs, notably for Flygsfors Glasbruk, for whom he worked from 1947 to 1959.
