About this vintage design furniture
Rare 3-seater sofa model 442 designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort in 1962. This design classic was way ahead of its time in terms of design. This is a very early version from the sixties that has been completely reupholstered with gray fabric from the Dutch company De Ploeg (wool no. 87). The condition is still very good, the frame has minimal traces of wear due, the upholstery and filling are new. It therefore looks beautiful again and has a very comfortable seat. Dimensions: h x w x d 76 x 210 x 80 cm and the seat height is 43 cm. Material: chromed metal, wood, foam, and fabric. Source: Artifort book (part 2) page 35 (see photo).
