About this vintage design furniture
Orange Space Age desk chair (model 232) designed by Wilhelm Ritz for Wilkhahn, Germany in 1971; an award-winning German classic from the 1970s. This desk chair has a remarkably good seating comfort, can rotate and has castors. It is made of a light orange fiberglass reinforced polyester seat and back shell. The seat and back have been reupholstered with new orange Kvadrat Tundra fabric. The condition is very good, partly due to the new filling and new Kvadrat upholstery. Normal traces of use and wear on the frame. Dimensions: h x w x d 94 x 55 x 57 cm. Marked: Wilkhahn.
