About this vintage design furniture
Dimensions: 62x60x78cm (WxDxH) This beautiful set of 6 vintage high end dining chairs designed by danish Designer Svend Åge Eriksen was manufactured by Glostrup in Denmark. The set features 6 chairs of massive teak wood and skai leather upholstery, model GM11, a dining chair with clean yet elegant proportions, and nicely handcrafted details. The chairs are offered in excellent condition, the seats are clean, the frames of the chairs are solid with no weakness to the joints. The black skai leather shows only minor spots of abrasion. The teak wood frames show some minor traces of wear and tear, nothing that distracts. The chair’s overall appearance presents beautifully.

About the designer
Svend Aage ERIKSEN
Svend Aage Eriksen (1918-2002) was a renowned Danish designer, known for his innovative and functional work in furniture and lighting. Born in Copenhagen, he studied at the city's Royal Academy of Fine Arts and worked for various design companies before opening his own studio in 1954.
