About this vintage design furniture
Vintage designA lovely sideboard, designed by Cees Braakman and made by Pastoe in the Netherlands circa 1960. It is made of beautiful wenge wood, with white doors and metal handles. It has four doors and two drawers. The two doors on the left reveal three shelves, the two smaller doors on the right reveal two more shelves The drawers reveal plenty of storage space, including an arrangement for small items It sits on a beautiful steel base. It is a very recognizable piece of Dutch modernist design, versatile and very decorative. It is in good condition, with minor wear consistent with its age and use.
