About this vintage design furniture

Reupholstered green Gispen 1424 arm chair with adjustable low backrest designed by Andre Cordemeyer for Gispen in 1965. This rare Gispen armchair is adjustable in six positions. The frame is made of chrome-plated, square tubular steel, the seat and back of bent sheet steel and the armrests are made of teak. It has been reupholstered with green Ploeg fabric. Dimensions: h x w x d 70 x 69 x 75 cm and the seat height is 40 cm. The condition is very good again because of the new upholstery. The frame has light signs of use and wear.
