About this vintage design furniture
Innovation in the design of modern rattan furniture, created at the end of the fifties by the most prominent German architect Egon Eiermann. He developed a new type of armchair, the stability of which was exclusively due to the weaving technique. An innovative concept, which was highly appreciated. A rare version of "Korbsessel", model no. E20 The presented model was exhibited in the West German pavilion at the World Exhibition in Brussels in 1958. The Rattan has extraordinary properties: it is strong, light, plastic and durable. With time it acquires a beautiful nobility, making it timeless.
