About this vintage design furniture
Beaver & Tapley was founded just after the First World War. They pioneered wall fixed or ‘floating’ units that did not need ‘ladders’ or a supporting framework. As many British manufacturers at that time they were very influenced by Danish design. The design of these units is minimal in the extreme, which makes them timeless, indeed the 33 system is still made today with much the same design. All Tapley units are 33 inches wide. This is single base unit which looks great on its own usedas a small sideboard or media unit. It can also be used in combination with any other Beaver & Tapley units. There is a wall unit available to match this base unit (ask for photo) (We would also be happy to source other units for you if required) Size: width 84cm x depth 54cm x height 68cm Condition: Excellent mid century condition. Minor signs of wear consistent with age and use. Please take a look at our other items.
