A Swedish ’onion’ Orange Glass pendant light by Orrefors. Designer - Carl Fagerlund Manufacturer - Orrefors Design Period - 1960 to 1969 Country of Manufacture - Denmark Attribution Marks - None Detailed Condition - Good with minimal defects. Brass upper has visible scratches. A professional electrician has rewired this piece to be in working order. Restoration and Damage Details - Light wear consistent with age and use, Rewired andor new electrical components Plug Type - UK Plug (up to 250V)

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
