About this vintage design furniture
A truly iconic desk lamp is "The Olympic Light" by Anders Pehrson for Ateljé Lyktan. This lamp was created for the press stands and foajés in the Olympic village in Munich in 1972. Some scratches and marks as seen in the pictures, but the lamp is sturdy, fully functional and has no dents. It is equipped with two E14 bulbs whose power is adjusted by multiple clicks on the switch. This is an early version with the front grid (screen) made of metal. Standard E27 bulb sockets.
