About this vintage design furniture
Iconic mid-century Austrian brass floor lamp called Micheline, designed by Julius Theodor Kalmar for Kalmar, Mod. No. 2092 as listed in the 1960 Kalmar sales catalogue, made in Austria, circa 1955. This lamp is a rare all-brass version and has a brass tripod base and brass stem with a plastic cord. The shade has been renewed on the basis of the original shade with a black fabric. The lamp is in perfect working order and in very good general condition, two E27 sockets. An elegant and timeless beauty for any mid-century living room, hallway, bedroom or library.
