Vintage yellow armchair England 1960s

This yellow high-backed armchair, from the English design studio Scandart, is a wonderful example of mid-century European design, although it comes from a company originally based in the English furniture capital, High Wycombe, in the 1960s. A restored walnut frame houses a foam seat and high back, reupholstered in a hand-dyed mustard organic wool bouclé fabric from a Scottish mill. Extremely comfortable, this chair comes with a small cushion, also finished in the same natural dyed bouclé fabric.
