Pair of vintage teak and brass wall wall lamps, Italy 1950
About this vintage design furniture
An impressive pair of mid-century wall sconces imported from an estate in Bari, Italy. A teak back supports a brass frame, from which three branch-like brass cones protrude, each holding an egg-shaped glass shade. The brass has a striking S-shape with pointed ends, and a beautiful original patina. The glass shades are original, but if you want to change them, you can install tapered fabric shades. There is a hook on the back for attachment, as shown in the photo. Each fixture is for a two-pin bulb.
