Pair of vintage vasetti ceramic vases, Italy 1940
About this vintage design furniture
The Vasetti's are a unique and rare set of Art Deco ceramics that have arrived to our days in incredible conditions. This set consists of 2 pearly ceramics: one depicting a giraffe and the second a fawn. These vases were entirely made and hand painted by expert hands in the early 1940s. They have a rainbow effect of shiny beads that is not really visible in the photos (they look much better in person). Everything is decorated with precious gold accents and numbered on the back. The shape of these vases was really typical in ancient times. In fact, the vases have a "flat" body, made to be hung on a wall. The giraffe shaped vase (see photo 5) has a small chip that does not compromise the functionality and beauty of this set.A collectible and stunning Italian Art Deco set for your special environment
