About this vintage design furniture
Very rare set of one bigger and three smaller flush mounts. Type 5841 flush mounts were executed by Franta Anyz’s IAS in 1929-1935 and the same ceiling lights were installed in Villa Muller in Prague, the ultimate Adolf Loos work and it is high probability that they were designed by Loos himself. The shades are marked TRIPLEX Krasno which means hand made glass with three layers: crystal glass, opaline glass and crystal glass. Chrome-plated bigger flush mount has two E27 (E26) sockets and its dimension is 16x30cm. Three aluminum flush mounts have one E27 socket each and dimension is 13x24cm All items were installed as a set in a villa in 1930 and never been replaced until now therefore they are in a perfect condition. They have been cleaned, polished and rewired.
