Vintage Plexiglas coffee table by David Lange 1980

Small coffee table, occasional table or end table with transparent all-altuglas® colourless canape from the "Salsa" series by David Lange, 15 mm thick base with cut sides, 2 levels, assembled with chrome-plated screws. Its practical dimensions mean that it can easily be incorporated into an existing or new decor. Since 1969, David Lange has been creating custom-made products in polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), also known as Altuglas® and Plexiglass®. This material has extraordinary advantages: unequalled transparency, almost invisible, a soft and silky touch and an attractive appearance . All the know-how lies in the working of the material, the cutting, the formation of the elements, and the clean, soft, slightly rounded edges make this model a timeless creation. The table is in very good original condition but shows some marks, traces or very slight scratches from use on the tops. ( cf : last picture and in full light). A Must Have
