Vintage pendant lamp with frosted glass, France 1950

Beautiful vintage art deco style pendant lamp from France, circa 1950s.The piece features a beautiful blown glass shade with frosted granulated milk glass and 3 chrome rings ,mounted on a brushed metal handle.The lamp has been carefully cleaned, to preserve the original details and patina of the piece.There are signs of age commensurate with time (see photos).The frosted glass shade is in excellent original condition, there are no chips or cracks.The chrome decoration is slightly faded and light gold in color.The patina is also in fantastic condition, some areas shine more than others.On each side of the rings (or rims), there are 3 hand screws, which makeIt is possible to remove the glass shade, so that the bulb can be inserted into the socket.At the very top of the brushed metal arm, there is a brushed metal cap, which helps to hide the wiring. In order to keep the cap in place, there is a small screw (see photo.)There is a hook on the top of the handle arm, to secure the lamp to the ceiling.This lamp has its original wiring, has been tested and works perfectly, with a standard B22 bayonet bulb (not included).Dimensions:~ Height of the brushed metal handle arm: 46 cm~ Total height of the ceiling mount at the tip: 63 cm~ Shade diameter: 22 cm
