About this vintage design furniture
Rare sideboard designed by the architect-designer Berthil Fridhagen for Bodafors, 1964 Sweden. The oak veneer sideboard consists of four parts, a chest of drawers, a cupboard with sliding doors, a desk part that you hang between the cupboards and a cupboard with glass doors. The sideboard can be arranged according to your own wishes. All parts are completely demountable. Sideboard is marked. Very good vintage condition. Light signs of wear on the top of the cabinets (see photos). Small chip from one of the sliding glass doors.

Bertil FRIDHAGEN was a Swedish industrial designer who was born in 1933 and died in 2003. He studied at the Stockholm School of Arts and Crafts and began his career in the 1950s working for various Swedish companies.
