About this vintage design furniture
This very nice teak veneer cabinet, model CT71, was designed in the 1950’s by Cees Braakman for Pastoe. An early design that is part of the ’Made-to-Measure’ series. It was originally designed as a liquorbar cabinet. Now mostly used as storage cabinetdesk. It has 2 doors and a flap door. There is a lot of storage place with several shelves and the famous dust-free drawers, including an inlay for cutlery. This cabinet is superficially restored and overall in a good condition with minor signs of age and use. It is marked by Pastoe at the inside of the top drawer. Documented in the Pastoe catalogue of 1956.
