About this vintage design furniture
Birch desk designed by Coen de Vries for Everest in 1958. This desk features 1 drawer (original) which can be placed both left and right. Beautiful in an open space setting due to the extra bookcase storage at the back. Remains in good condition with some patination due to use.

About the designer
Coen de VRIES and Tjerk REIJENGA
Coen de Vries was a renowned Dutch designer, known for his innovative work in industrial design. He was born on October 8, 1918 in Groningen, the Netherlands, and grew up in a creative family. De Vries studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam, where he developed his skills as a designer.
