About this vintage design furniture
This set of 6 Mandarin chairs with original black wool upholstery was designed by Ettore Sottsass for Knoll International in 1986. The metal armrests are lacquered in a vivid blue, almost purple. The paint has some minor wear (see photos), but the overall condition is good.
