About this vintage design furniture
These folding chairs, model “Aluflex”, have a wooden seat and the back is held by chrome plated metal frame. The seat has a unique folding mechanism for easy stacking when needed. Swiss midcentury design. The pieces remain in good, vintage condition with some minor chips to the wood.

About the designer
Armin WIRTH
1903 - 1992Armin Wirth is a Swiss industrial designer born in 1940. He studied at the Zurich School of Applied Arts, graduating in 1964. After completing his studies, he worked for various design offices before founding his own design studio in 1968.
