About this vintage design furniture
A pair of Teak armchairs designed by Niels Koefoed, produced by Koefoed Hornslet. The chairs have a clear blue new fabric upholstery (fabric from Gudbrandsdalen Uldvarefabrikk designed by Nanna Ditzel). Nice curved backs. Seatheight, 45 cm. Danish furniture designer and factory owner Niels Koefoed created a wide range of furniture in the typical Danish modern style during the Mid-Century.

About the designer
Niels KOEFOED
Koefoed is the name of a Danish design company founded in 1958 by Koefoed Larsen and his wife, Hanne Kjærholm. Koefoed Larsen, born in 1926 in Hobro, Denmark, studied carpentry and design at the Copenhagen School of Design.
