About this vintage design furniture
Beautiful Scandinavian Coffee Table by Louis van Teeffelen. Publishing Web of the 1950s. Very clean and elegant curves top shelf with inlay of ceramic tiles. Lower part acting as door review in caning of origin. Good condition, some traces of use.

About the designer
Louis VAN TEEFFELEN
Wim Rietveld Van Teeffelen, better known as Louis van Teeffelen, was a Dutch designer who was born in 1921 and died in 1972. He studied at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as a furniture designer in the 1950s.
