About this vintage design furniture
In the 1960’s, the TON company asked various architects to help develop new design forms. This model designed in 1967 is consider by many as the best example of the research into bentwood technology. Among the other it was selected for the offices in the Czechoslovakian pavillion at Expo 1967 in Montreal and for the restaurant in the Czechoslovakian pavillion at Expo in Osaka, 1970.
