A rare Italian mid century Gio Ponti writing desk from the administrative offices in Forlì, 1950s. The structure is made of wood with brass feet. The wood surface has been refreshed. Really very good vintage conditions.

About the designer
Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
