About this vintage design furniture
Vintage coffee table "cheval" from France manufactured in the 1970s by Maison Charles. The table has a two-tiered brass frame. The lower glass tier has clear mirrored-glass, the top glass tier is made of clear-glass and has a beveled edge. The horse heads rest on clear Lucite plinths, with double stretchers connecting them. In good condition.

About the designer
Jacques CHARLES
Jacques Charles is a French designer born in Lyon in 1948. He studied industrial design at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and began his career working for Parisian design agencies.
