Vintage Art Deco wall mirror, Poland 1940s

A large rectangular mirror with rounded corners. Profiled frame with a simple form characteristic of the art deco style. A unique decoration of the whole is a veneer made of a noble type of wood (walnut) with a visible grain pattern. Polish-made mirror, rather post-war, style and workmanship indicate the turn of the 1940s and 1950s. The mirror can be hung or supported on a piece of furniture. Hung over a console or a chest of drawers, it will create a stylish composition in the interior. The elegant mirror will look great in the living room, dressing room, bedroom or hallway. The condition of the item is very good, visible small losses of the silver layer creating dark spots on the surface of the mirror.
