About this vintage design furniture
Elegant fishing rod floor lamp designed by Svend Aage Holm Sorensen. A Danish designer from the 50's, known for his unique organic design. This floor lamp is made of teak and brass. The foot is a black lacquered metal fork. The shade is a rhodoid that diffuses a warm light.

About the designer
Henning SORENSEN
Henning Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his elegant, modern furniture. Born in 1926, Sorensen began his career as an apprentice in a Copenhagen carpentry workshop. He went on to work for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture.
