About this vintage design furniture
This pair of wall lamps, model Louvre, was designed by Jean-François Crochet for Terzani, in Italy, during the 1980's. These lamps are made of handcrafted metal with a rust finish and a finely crafted cream-colored alabaster shade. The thick Alabaster shades are hard to see clearly in the photographs, but they are particularly beautiful. The highlight of the lamp is its unique shape - the metal was artfully bent and forms the focus of this work of art with the alabaster glass. Above all, the color combination of rust and cream can be wonderfully combined with the rural style of living.
It fits a E14 bulb. In original and good vintage condition.
