About this vintage design furniture

In 1966, Richard Schultz, an American designer, set out to design a collection of furniture that would defy the wind and weather for Florence Knoll herself. The company owner was looking for a sun lounger, lawn chair and similar items for her Florida property and couldn't find what she was looking for on the market at the time. As a result, the 1966 chaise lounge and other outdoor furniture became pioneers in the modern outdoor market. A classic piece of outdoor furniture, the 1966 chair was chosen for inclusion in the Moma's Permanent Design Collection in New York City.in good condition, some white paint missing and snags on the beige straps.
