About this vintage design furniture
Rare pair of brass & glass wall lights/sconces designed by Carl Fagerlund for Swedish Orrefors & Danish Lyfa ("Venus" model). Thick transparent glass shades with a bubble pattern by Orrefors (Sweden, 1960s). The shades are fixed with two brass knobs to brass fixtures by Lyfa (Denmark, 1960s). The wall lights create a beautiful atmosphere (see pictures). Cleaned, re-wired and ready to be installed straight to the wall (compatible in Europe, UK, US, Asia, etc.). Each sconce requires one E14 light bulb, max 40W. LED compatible. Height: 25.5 cm; width: 15 cm; depth: 12 cm. Quite heavy (each weighs 2.6 kg). Very good vintage condition, patina on the brass fixtures. The glass is in excellent condition.
The listed price is for the pair.
The wall lights can be corded (with an on/off switch), free of charge upon request.
