About this vintage design furniture
The 9093 kettle designed by Michael Graves in 1985, the first product by an American designer in the Alessi catalog, is an icon of contemporary consumer design. Although the shape of the 9093 reflects the design trends of the 80s and 90s, combining features of postmodernism and pop culture, this product also delights its contemporary users. It is one of the most famous products of the Italian "dream factory" and has sold the most units in the company's history. Michael Graves was one of the most prominent and influential architects and designers of the late 19th and early 21st centuries. In the classic version of the kettle, a bird plays the role of the whistle. The object is preserved in good condition, the whistle is slightly burned and has no internal spring so it falls off, the center of the kettle with patina, small rust spots.
